Hypnotherapy – in Suite 301-C

SylviaSylvia has been practicing hypnotherapy since 2002, when she graduated from the Colorado School of Counseling Hypnotherapy. Her experience over the past 12 years has included practices in Colorado, California, and Iowa. She enjoys helping people discover the greatness the lies within them. What she loves about accessing the subconscious mind through trance is that it results in changes in peoples’ lives that are not only quick, but are long lasting. “My job as a hypnotherapist is as a facilitator in the process the client is going through to release themselves from the grip of old memories of trauma, pain, or habits and patterns. The process always belongs to the client and it is an honor to be a part of it.” She recently moved into the Priester Building’s “Studio Suites” and enjoys the openness of the space and the excitement of being a part of a growing group of enterprises.

This brings to four the suites leased in the Priester Building’s “Studio Suites” within office 301. The suites offer low cost occupancy, plus parking and other support amenities to start ups seeking an office presence, home-based businesses needing to move to a professional setting, or not for profit organizations. The initiative was started as a joint effort between Atty. Ted Priester, building owner and HilltopCampus Village, which also occupies space in 301. The Hilltop Campus Village obtained a $5,000 grant from Main Street Iowa’s Business Initiatives Challenge Grant to reimburse the owner for 50% of his rehab costs. For more information on the suites, contact Ted Priester at (563) 322-5386 or Scott Tunnicliff at (563) 322-8293.
