Every Day is a Snow Day at Snowstar!

Nestled in the rolling hills of Coal Creek, Snowstar is a hidden treasure above the Mississippi river just outside of Andalusia, Illinois. Even with traffic, Snowstar is only a 20-minute drive from almost anywhere in the Quad Cities.

As Snowstar enters its 36th year of operation, having allowed over a million guests the opportunity to make life long memories, we are very proud to say that “Every-Day-Is-A-Snow-Day”!

With our state of the art snowmaking equipment, we can assure you that we have snow even when there is none in your backyard. Once the temperature drops low enough the snow flies at Snowstar. We have over 34 snowmaking guns on our slopes and keep an incredible base of snow.

Offering 14 slopes ranging from beginner to advanced skill sets, Snowstar has something for everyone. Snowstar Ski School has highly qualified instructors eager to make your time on the snow more enjoyable and rewarding. Lessons range from $10 to $45 per hour.

The Terrain Park at Snowstar offers a wide variety of
features to help take your freestyle abilities to the next level.

Not into skiing? No problem! Snowstar also has one of the only tube hill facilities in the Midwest. Multiple lanes offer Family Fun for ages 3 to 103. Make this a Winter to Remember by creating your “Family Memories” here at Snowstar.

Don’t forget to book your Birthday party or Group outing. The only thing more fun than hitting the slopes is being here with a group of friends or family. We have taken the stress and mess out of planning group outings. Give us a call today at )309) 798-2673 to assist you with your event.

For those that are of age, we offer Rex’s Rendezvous for all your favorite adult beverages. Visit us and enjoy one of our two restaurants and sit by our cozy fireplaces with a hot cup of Holiday Cheer!

Make it a Winter to Remember!
