Join us in June for a variety of programs for adults at the Davenport Library.

How Not to Die: Ways to Reverse Chronic Disease. Learn various lifestyle changes that can improve your life. Wednesdays beginning June 4 at 6:30 pm at Eastern

Yoga at the Library. Nora Coyne-Logan will lead a yoga class that will help you refresh and unwind at the end of your day. All experience levels are welcome!

Interview Skills. Mark Holloway from Iowa Workforce Development will present an interactive program about interview skills. Tuesday, June 12 at 6:30 pm at Fairmount

Hand Lettering 101 with Hannah of Nourished Lettering. Learn how to turn your handwriting into beautiful artwork! Registration is required. Thursday, June 21 at 6:30 pm at Main

Beaded Bracelets. Learn how to make a beaded figure-eight bracelet. Registration is required.

Thursday, June 28 at 2:00 pm at Eastern

Join us in June for a variety of programs for adults at the Davenport Library.

Discover local history or learn a new craft with a variety of programs this summer through the Special Collections Department of the Davenport Library! All programs will be held at Main (321 Main Street)

“Investigate the Past: Annie Wittenmyer Complex”

“History and Legacy of the Bix 7 Road Race”

“Summer Book Arts Academy” is a hands-on workshop series teaching a variety of book arts. Seating is limited and registration is required for each workshop. All workshops begin at 4:30 pm.

Wednesday, June 27 – Introduction to Paper Marbling

Wednesday, July 11 – Japanese Stab Binding
