Ridgecrest Village is known for our Independent Living and Assisted Living, but did you know that we also have Crest Health Center? Our Health Center is one of the first services that we started providing 50 years ago. We provide skilled and nursing care. The Health Center is located right here on our campus in the heart of Davenport right off of Northwest Boulevard on 24 beautiful acres. We have an overall Four out of Five Star rating from the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) for our Quality of Care, Staffing, and Annual Health Surveys. At Crest Health Center, you or your loved one can be assured that you will receive the assistance needed after a fall or other health issue to get back on your feet.

You can come to our Health Center for care right from the hospital or from home. It is not necessary to live in our Independent or Assisted Living to receive services. We also provide ongoing care for those who need assistance on a long term basis. Regardless of the reason you seek the professional services of Crest Health Center our staff are professionally trained and ready to care for you or your loved one.

To set your mind at ease, we invite you to come for a tour of our Health Center. While you are here, we will introduce you to the Staff which provides services to those who choose Crest Health Center. That professional staff includes Occupational, Speech, Recreational, and Physical Therapists as well as Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants. Each staff member is trained to provide the assistance and care you or your loved one will need to improve or maintain their independence.
