Ridgecrest Village is a senior living facility located at 4130 Northwest Boulevard in Davenport Iowa, on a beautiful 22-acre campus. As a continuing care retirement community, Ridgecrest Village is home to seniors in independent living, assisted living, and 24-hour nursing care. Ridgecrest Village is a nonprofit organization that receives partial support from their very own Foundation. The Ridgecrest Foundation is a charitable organization that is housed on campus.

Our Foundation’s mission is to support Ridgecrest Village and its residents, along with other local organizations. Ridgecrest Foundation is a qualified 501©3 organization that is eligible to receive Qualified Charitable Distributions or QCDs. A QCD is a direct transfer of funds from an individual retirement account to a charity or foundation. In addition to the benefits of giving to charity, you may be able to satisfy your required minimum distributions for the year while reducing your taxable income. Check with your tax advisor to see if you meet the requirements to make a QCD today!

All donations given to Ridgecrest Foundation may be tax-deductible. If you would like to donate to our Foundation and wish to receive the tax benefits for the current year, please mail your check, or visit our website www.ridgecrestvillage.org and donate online before December 31, 2020. When making your donation, please include your mailing address so you can receive correspondence to give to your tax advisor.
