If maintaining your house is becoming a drain on your free time, consider the benefits of a maintenance-free Villa. The independent living Villas of Friendship Place in Rock Island give you all the amenities you need and the added benefit of more free time to just relax and enjoy life.

The 13-residence Villas are located across the street from Friendship Manor and are owned and operated by the Manor. As a renter, you sign an annual lease and free yourself from the burden of maintaining a home.

The connection to Friendship Manor makes it easy to meet new people and get involved in the Manor’s activities, outings or special events. You also have dining privileges at Friendship Manor and receive 10 meals per household, per month. Sharing a meal with your new neighbors is a great way to introduce yourself and find people with similar interests.

Each single-story Villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and either a one- or two-car garage. The main living space is open concept and the Villas are approximately 1,200 square feet. All kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer are furnished.

Relax on your private patio or front porch and leave the mowing, weeding and gutter cleaning to Friendship Manor. In the winter, it’s easy to lock up and head south knowing snow removal is being taken care of for you. Security checks are also done to give you peace of mind.

Enjoy the benefits of provided housekeeping and trash removal. Your Villa will be cleaned every other week and additional cleaning, laundry, and errand services are available through Friendship Manor’s In-Home Services. Your TV, utilities, and phone service are all included in your monthly rent, so you no longer need to manage these individual bill payments.
