Penguins Comedy Club Presents Tom Arnold January 14th @ 7:30
Ticket price: $22.50 in advance / $24.50 day of show As a writer, producer, and actor, Tom Arnold has established himself to both television and film audiences worldwide, having won such awards as the Peabody Award and a Golden Globe Award. Additionally, he helped put Fox Sports Network on the map with his hosting duties on “BEST DAMN SPORTS SHOW PERIOD.”

Former Senior VP of Best Buy Worldwide, Julie today heads up Wolf Means Business, an international leadership development initiative dedicated to helping companies better serve female and ethnic minority consumer audiences. At Best Buy Julie was responsible for leadership training for 150,000 employees and she developed female leadership initiatives that increased women management by 18 percent. RME Announces Sound Lab Class Schedule for 1st Qtr. of 2010

(Davenport, IA) – The River Music Experience (RME) will again offer its Sound Lab Audio Engineering 101 and 103 classes during the 1st quarter of 2010. The program, which is the only one of its kind in the Quad Cities, consists of three 8-week in-depth courses taken in a sequence. Current course offerings are as follows, and enrollment is limited to eight participants per session.
Audio Engineering 101 (Tuition = $400 + $40 textbook fee)
Starts Jan. 18, 2010 and runs eight weeks
Mon. Class 6-8 pm, Wed. Lab 6-8 pm
Audio Engineering 103: (Tuition = $400)
Starts Jan. 19, 2010 and runs eight weeks
Tues. Class 6-8 pm, Sat. Lab noon-2 pm

Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration: St. Ambrose University will be celebrating Martin Luther King, Jr. Day with a gospel choir, a people’s march, dinner and presentation by Msgr. Marvin Mottet.
