Chef D’ Cuisine Brady Moore of Rhythm City Casino Resort

Ruthie’s “top” chef is delivering the freshest food in the Quad Cities with the best views.

At the top of Rhythm City Casino Resort, (also known as the sixth floor) sits Ruthie’s Steak & Seafood fine dining restaurant. Chef D’ Cuisine Brady Moore delivers the freshest seafood to the finest cuts of steak, locally farmed pork, domestic lamb and house-made desserts. He’s the mad scientist in the Ruthie’s kitchen and has earned that title through extensive training around the United States. Chef Brady is a local boy who graduated in 2009 from Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with an Associate’s Degree of Applied Science in Culinary Arts.

Since graduation, Chef Brady spent two years working in Northern Montana at the Many Glacier Hotel in Glacier National Park on Swiftcurrent Lake. From 2011-2015, Chef Brady could be found working in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. There, he was the Chef D’ Cuisine at Haymaker Golf Course in the fine dining restaurant where they offered horse-drawn sleigh ride dinners. He also chopped up some dishes at a ski in/ski out Scandinavian restaurant. In 2015, he moved back to Iowa to become Chef D’ Cuisine at Riverside Casino and Golf Resort in Riverside, Iowa. Now he calls Davenport, Iowa and Rhythm City
Casino Resort his home!

In his spare time, Chef Brady enjoys scuba diving, hiking, snowboarding and hanging out with his fiancé Krysti, and their dog Zoe.
