QC Breast Cancer Support Group Meeting in Illinois is the 3rd Wednesday of the month, 11:30am – 1:00pm at the Butterworth Center, 1105 8th Street, Moline, Illinois. Meeting in Iowa is the 3rd Thursday of the month, 6:00pm – 7:30pm at Gilda’s Club in Genesis West, 1351 West Central Park 355-7548.

Grief Support Group sponsored by CASI – meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. Currently, this group meets at 9:30 am at the Family Restaurant, 902 W. Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA. This is a FREE community service program; however, participants are required to sign-up in advance by calling (563) 386-7477 ext 227 and leaving a message for Vicky Ertel. Participants are responsible for their own food and beverage costs.

Grief Support Group at Ridgecrest Retirement Village, 4130 Northwest Blvd, Davenport. Each person’s grief is unique but you don’t have to grieve alone. Museum Exhibits

Figge Museum presents Film at the Figge April 14 – May 12, 6:30 – 8:30pm. The Figge is presenting a monthly series featuring award winning, independent films about the arts in the Figge’s John Deere Auditorium as part of the Figge’s FREE Thursdays at the Figge programs. Al Weiwei: Never Sorry Thursday, May 12 6:30 – 7:30. In December 2008, 24-year-old American Alison Klayman, living in China, was invited to make a short movie about the installation of 10,000 photographs that Al had taken while living in New York between 1983 and 1984. In 2011, Art Review magazine named Al Weiwei the most powerful person in the art world. Come early to enjoy a cash bar from 5:00 – 7:30pm. The museum is located at 225 W 2nd Street, Davenport, IA. Beaux Arts Fair at the Mississippi Valley Fair Grounds. Celebrating 69 years of the fair, all proceeds benefit the Figge Art Museum. The date is May 7 – 8 2022, 100:00am – 5:00pm.
