Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • Cream cheese
  • Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts
  • Tortilla chips and celery to dip

  1. Spread the cream cheese in baking pan 9 x 11.
  2. Mix the ranch, buffalo sauce, and chicken in separate bowl, then spread across cream cheese.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Pepperoni Pizza Dip

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 can pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni for topping
  • Italian seasoning

  1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, and garlic salt in bowl. Spread on the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan.
  2. Spread pizza sauce over evenly and top with pepperoni. Bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven at 350.
  3. Remove from oven and top with mozzarella cheese and a few more pepperoni pieces. Bake for an additional 8 minutes.
  4. Then broil for 2 minutes to create crispy spots on the cheese (be careful not to burn it).
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Great with crackers or pita chips.

Rotel Dip

  • 2 lb. box Velveeta
  • 1 lb. pork sausage (I like the spicy pork sausage)
  • 1 can Rotel

  1. Brown the sausage.
  2. Add Rotel and Velveeta. I usually cube the Velveeta before adding it.
  3. Cook on low, stirring often, until the cheese is melted.

Great to serve with veggies, crackers, or tortilla chips.

Oreo Dip

  • 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • 15 Double Stuffed Oreos

  1. I like to chunk the Oreos, not fine crumbs. If you don’t have a chopper or food processor, it works well to place them in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin.
  2. Use a mixer to combine the whipped cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. The blend in the cream cheese and cookies.

Great with strawberries, pretzels, graham crackers, or Oreos!
