Fragrances

Fragrances ride the breeze,
Jasmine airily vogues a tease,
And just for you pure patchouli,
Lavender and lily-of-the valley!
Fragrances waft through the air,
Sending scents to you so very fair!
Inhale the pure nectar of camellia,
Bergamot, and rose, hallelujah!

Our Gerbil-Wheel Lives

Our frantic gerbil-wheel lives,
Each day, see what arrives.
Daily whirl round and round,
Whirl wherever we are bound!
On and on, to our many tasks,
Do whatever the big wheel asks!
On the gerbil-wheel of our years,
Keep wheeling to quell our fears.
The wheel of life turns at our birth,
It whirls, wheels our days on Earth.
