Choice: Home Health Care

Dear Friends,

We need your help! Choice Home Health Care in partnership with the Quad Cities Alzheimer’s Association is competing for a $5,000 grant from Dream Big Grow Here Iowa. Grant funds will be used to bring the healing power of music to Alzheimer’s patients in the Quad Cities, using a cutting edge but simple program called Music & Memory created by Dan Cohen.  How can you help?  Go to the Dream Big Grow Here website to vote (our video and grant proposal are available for your review).  Encourage your friends to vote and add us to your Facebook page as well. Votes are collected on the Dream Big Grow Here website using Facebook, if you do not have a Facebook account, one can be created easily. You can vote every day, the business with the most votes is automatically in the finals.  Voting takes place from February 16th to March 1st.
